Audible Cone Alert Systems, Inc. provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, subject to the written warranty terms and exclusions.
If a covered defect is verified, Audible Cone Alert Systems, Inc. may repair or replace the affected component, or provide an equivalent remedy, at its discretion.
Warranty coverage applies to the product hardware as supplied. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, normal wear, or use outside intended operating conditions.
Field environments are unpredictable. The AC Strike Replacement Program is intended to support organizations using cone-mounted sensors in active vehicle-adjacent operations.
For three (3) years from the date of purchase, Audible Cone Alert Systems, Inc. will evaluate reported strike events and, when eligibility criteria are met, provide a replacement cone-mounted sensor.
Eligibility:
Strike event is reported using the Strike Report form
Unit is returned when requested for verification / review
Serial number or identifying information is provided when available
Program terms and exclusions apply
This program is a product support policy. It does not imply certification, approval, or a guarantee of performance in a specific deployment.
To minimize downtime, strike reports are routed for review and fulfillment as quickly as possible.
Complete the AC Strike Report with the incident details and any available unit identification.
If a return is required for verification, Audible Cone Alert Systems, Inc. will provide return instructions and shipping details.
Once eligibility is confirmed (and return requirements are satisfied, if applicable), a replacement sensor is processed for shipment.
Use the Strike Report to document a strike event and initiate review under the replacement program.
AudibleCone™ is intended to augment existing traffic control plans, PPE, training, and regulatory compliance; it does not replace them.
Deployment decisions and work zone safety remain the responsibility of the deploying organization.
Programs described on this page are subject to written terms, eligibility criteria, and exclusions.
